Quick Yorkshire Puddings

Yorkshire PuddingEverybody loves a home made Yorkshire pudding – when it turns out right ! But when you look at the effort involved compared to cheating, then I’ll not spend any time here on telling you how to make your own.

Ready made Yorkshire puddings, bought in bags of a half a dozen or a dozen, from the freezer cabinet in the supermarket, are not expensive. More importantly, when it comes to cooking - there's no risk and very little effort involved.

When you need some, you take the required amount from the bag in your freezer. They can be cooked straight from the freezer, take less than ten minutes in a hot oven, and need no supervision - They can be cooking while you are carving the meat!
