Mushrooms | ||
Mushrooms should first be wiped clean with kitchen paper. Trim off any unwanted stalk length and then cut them with a very sharp knife, if and as required. If you are shallow frying mushrooms you will notice how they will absorb all the oil in the pan. Don't worry - after a couple of minutes they will sweat it out again, so don't be tempted to add more oil. |
